I recall sustaining a number of very painful grazes to my knees in Reception class, and may have even received a bump on the head at some point during my junior school years.
I believe that is perfectly adequate grounds grounds for me to sue my local council back in the UK, wouldn’t you think?
Also, I remember something called a “dressing-up box”, where we were permitted, nay encouraged, to put on clothes which were frequently of an inappropriate gender orientation. This has traumatised me in my later years, when I have noticed a certain gender-uncertainty. I’m sure I could sue for that as well.
Don’t get me started on the play-kitchen.
