Psychotic: Obama compares Islamic State with Christianity

Unhinged. No, really.

Unhinged. No, really.

I once read that a measure of one’s mental health could be established by comparing the model of the world that exists in your mind with the reality outside. The closer the two are to each other, the healthier one’s state of mind can be said to be.

If that test were applied to Obama and the Liberal left in America, they would all be diagnosed as psychotic. Because the models of the world they have in their brains is so far removed from the brutal reality outside that they may as well be hallucinating.

This psychosis is wilfully aided and abetted by the mainstream media, which continues to ignore what is happening in the real world, and instead reinforces the Liberal fantasy which our so-called leaders believe to be the truth.

Nothing has demonstrated this condition more starkly and surreally than Obama’s meandering waffle about the burning alive of a Jordanian pilot by Islamic State:

“Humanity has been grappling with these questions throughout human history,” he told the group, speaking of the tension between the compassionate and murderous acts religion can inspire. “And lest we get on our high horse and think this is unique to some other place, remember that during the Crusades and the Inquisition, people committed terrible deeds in the name of Christ. In our home country, slavery and Jim Crow all too often was justified in the name of Christ.” (source)

So believing that the Judeo-Christian heritage we enjoy is superior to the head-chopping, murdering, burning-alive savages of the Islamic State is ‘getting on our high horse’, is it? Psychotic.

The Crusades were defensive actions nearly a thousand years ago against centuries of aggression by another religion. Which one? Oh yes, Islam.

The Inquisition was also a response to the rape of Europe by Islam’s hordes, to try and weed out the poison which they had spread in an attempt to return to the peaceful doctrines of Christianity.

As another commenter put it, Christ never advocated violence and terrorism to achieve his ends. On the other hand, barely a day went by in Mohammed’s life when he didn’t advocate such actions.

With this delusional, psychotic, barely-concealed apologist for Islam in the White House, it is little surprise that Islamic State will continue to flourish.

  1. afraid it’s your worldview that’s wrong.

Jesus himself says he comes to bring the sword. Try reading the bible rather than quoting just the nice bits the church picks for you

The Christian churches have burnt witches, commuted ethnic cleansing of the cathars. kKlled more Jews than Hitler and recently caused millions to die of aids by suppressing contraception. ISIS have nothing on the Catholic Church, they are mere novice upstarts, who are just a thousand years late in their ideas and intelligence

    • Haha, that old chestnut, taken out of context of course. And name some others, please. One ambiguous verse compared to entire chapters of clear and unambiguous incitement to violence in the Koran… And the Catholic Church worse than Isis? Wow you really are delusional. You’re as bad as Obama.

    • Compare the death tolls. It’s all you have to do.
      Deaths Caused by Christians:

      1562-1598 – French Wars of Religion – France – 4 million
1095-1291 – Crusades to the Holy Land – Middle East, Spain, Africa – 1.5 million (This does include all sides of the conflict)
      1184-c. 1860 – Various Christian Inquisitions – Europe – 17,500

We’ll round this up (for the sake of liberals) and say 6 million deaths caused by Christians. And that IS a bunch! 6 million is way too many!

Now, here is something that even shocked me! I had assumed that the tolls were fairly even.

      Deaths caused by non-Christians:

      184-205 – Yellow Scarves Rebellion (Taoists) – China – 7 million
      1300s-1521 – Human Sacrifices (Aztecs) – Mexico – 1 million
      1855-1877 – Panthay Rebellion (Muslims) – China – 12 million
      1932-1933 – Holodomor (communist atheists) – Ukraine – 10 million
      1941-1945 – Nazi Genocides (statist atheists) – Germany – 11 million
1959-1962 – Great Leap Forward famine (communist atheists) – China – 43 million
      1971 – Bangladesh Atrocities (Islamists) – East Pakistan – 3 million
      1975-1979 – Khmer Rouge Repression (communist atheists) – Cambodia – 3 million
      September 11, 2007 – Terrorist attacks (Muslim Jihadists) – USA – 5,000

The deaths caused by non-Christians – approximately 90 MILLION! And this is actually a conservative number.

  2. Geeez….some might even think Obama is a muslim after all….

  3. Violence stemming from belief in religions and other irrational ideologies is regrettable because it is irrational, it doesn’t make sense; it is in some sense avoidable. There is no higher being or purpose to whom the adherents of these faiths pretend to offer their services. At this point in human history Islam has taken centre stage. (It hasn’t always occupied that position.) Surely what we need to do is champion rational, critical thinking (and demand evidence) and get that out there in the suburbs, the schools and the universities. We are far too tolerant of unreasonable, irrational beliefs. Is anyone listening? It seems the majority of the human race are content to live with comforting fables rather than the discipline of hard truth, or to ignore or coddle their neighbour’s fantasies even if they themselves have shaken off the shackles of irrationality.
